Our return policy is 7 days. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges after 7 days from the date of purchase.

As a condition for a refund, the product must have not been provided, including any preparations on our part.

Please note that some products, including future product lineups, are not eligible for return. Please note that we cannot accept returns of perishable items such as food or flowers, or newspapers or magazines. We also cannot accept returns of products that come into direct contact with the skin, hygiene products, hazardous substances, or flammable liquids or gases.

Other non-returnable items:
*Gift cards
*Downloadable software products
*Health and personal care products

A receipt or proof of purchase will be required to complete your refund.
Purchased items cannot be returned to the manufacturer.

Only a partial refund of the product price will be given in the following circumstances:
*Books with obvious signs of use
*Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, and vinyl records
* Products that are not in their original condition and are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our negligence.
* Refunds for products returned more than 7 days after purchase (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you that your returned item has been received and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or unprocessed refunds (if applicable)
If you still haven't received your refund, first double-check your bank account.
If the information you entered is correct, please contact your credit card company. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed after we complete the refund process.
Then contact your bank, as it may take some time for your refund to be issued.

We offer refunds on full priced items, but not on sale items.

Exchange (if applicable)

Delivery If you wish to return any of our upcoming products that qualify for return, you must ship the item back to the following address:
